Mechanism of Pharma Peeler Centrifuge:
The peeler of the centrifuge is activated by the hydraulic cylinder, peeler shaft assembly, having blade and mounting arrangement. This is designed and located over the discharge chute, to enable direct discharge of the scraped cake through the chute. The peeler plow assembly and discharge chute come with high polished surface, with no dead corners for solid accumulations.
The main shaft of the centrifuge is fitted with a combination of angular contact ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearing. These bearings are oil lubricated. These are accompanied with oil circulating power station, which continuously circulates the oil throughout the operation of the centrifuging cycle. The bearing is enclosed in gas-tight construction, fitted with specially-designed PTFE lip seals.
